Ok,
the race sucked. I wasn't near as ready as I thought, didn't
quite heed the heart rate monitor, and went slower as the race wore
on. I ran out of music with a mile to go (and I'd brought
'plenty' extra). Technically it was a PR, but I had every
advantage this time around for a much faster time.
