“Reality TV Star” Bruce Jenner?  Seriously??  Is this what it’s come to?!?

If I recall correctly, and I do because I just looked it up, it’s AP Sportsman of the Year Bruce Jenner.  Or Pan-American Games Gold Medalist Bruce Jenner.  Or Olympic Gold Medalist Bruce Jenner.  Or WORLD FUCKING RECORD HOLDER, BY A BIG-ASS MARGIN, BRUCE JENNER.

If an athlete who stands out as the class of his generation, showing class and competitive spirit all the way, can now be labeled among the lowest forms of semi-organic life on our planet… what next?

“Underwear model” Michael Jordan,

“Backup singer” Jimmy Page,

“Amatuer brewer” Thomas Jefferson, or

“Pipette trainer” Jonas Salk, etc.

So, to all the media-addled drones out there who have made the “reality” TV circus possible, to anyone who’s ever made brain-drainingly banal office conversation out of puerile shock TV, to every last person who still goes out of his or her way to make time for this puss-frosted crap:
