You'll thank me for waiting until well after lunch to post this one!  I actually had some of my own stories to write about, but with news like this - illustrated! - I just gotta share.

It's actually a touching love story, between these two.

Though, by "love" story I mean 'crazy woman wants to trap man forever'.  And by "touching" I mean.... 'GOUGING REPEATEDLY WITH A BOX CUTTER!'.

Here's the polite BBC version of the story.
"Woman carved name in lover's arm"
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/lancashire/7872231.stm
"Dominique Fisher, 22, of Roebuck Close in Blackburn, used a craft knife to write her name on Wayne Robinson's arm.

Mr Robinson told Preston Crown Court he had taken sleeping pills, had been drinking and was not awake during the incident on 14 June 2008.

Fisher was found guilty of one charge of unlawful wounding on Monday and is to be sentenced on 27 February."

What the BBC article barely mentions, and fails to illustrate, is that she kept going.  A lot.  She didn't just want this guy to remember her - she wanted him to be unable to date anyone with a sense of vision or touch.  Even Christopher Pike would have a hard time getting past this guy's scar job!

The good old Sun comes through with both a more graphic description and much more detailed photos.  Beware!
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2206434.ece
"They enjoyed a boozed-up night of sex. But when he woke in the morning he found she had carved “Dominique” on his right shoulder.

He also had multiple slashes on his left shoulder and arm and a star design on his back.

Wayne was so drunk he had not felt a thing. He went to hospital for painkillers but is stuck with the marks because he cannot afford laser treatment to remove them. "

Of course, this being the Sun, if you don't want to look at gruesome injuries, there's always the Page Three Girls ( http://www.page3.com/ ) instead.

Oh, in a related story - I wonder how this survey would come out if the respondents had to view Ms Fisher's work beforehand?
"1 in 5 say it's OK to slap women"

Ya, go ahead, try it.  See what you wake up looking like after she says 'oh, it's ok, I forgive you... let's have a drink!'.

Ooh, that's gotta smart.
And WTF were all those random slashes for?

Psycho lady.
