Just what do they mean by the name??  C'mon, Hooters girls are young enough as it is.  Go look at their ad in Link... "Great Service and Specials".  Uh-uh.  I bet they're special.  Oh, and "Private Parties Welcome, Please Call for Details."  Just how private are we talking here?
